When a label isn't the same as an answer

IBS affects roughly 1 in 5 women in the UK, but it's a description of symptoms, not an explanation of what's causing them.

If you've been living with bloating, unpredictable digestion, cramping or discomfort for years, chances are you've been given a diagnosis that offered no real route forward.

The GI 360 is designed for this moment.

It investigates why your gut is struggling, so you can target the actual cause instead just managing symptoms.

The most complete picture of your gut health

Most standard gut tests look for a handful of common pathogens and report back a simple positive or negative.

The GI 360 looks deeper, combining DNA analysis, culture-based testing and microscopy to assess the full landscape of your gut microbiome, alongside markers of digestion, inflammation and immune function. This depth of insight often spots patterns and explains symptoms that standard testing leaves unanswered.

The test analyses 45+ gut markers and is completed at home using a simple collection kit that's delivered directly to you.

Microbiome diversity & balance

Comprehensive picture of your microbiome, incl. patterns of imbalance (known as dysbiosis).

Pathogens, parasites & yeasts

Identification of harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites and yeasts (incl. candida).

Inflammation & immune response

Indicators of gut inflammation incl. calprotectin, as well as immune activity, and gut lining integrity.

Digestion & absorption

Markers showing whether your gut is breaking down and absorbing food properly.

Take the guesswork out of gut health concerns

“Every day we hear from clients who've been restricting their lives around gut symptoms, often under the broad label of IBS.
That label doesn’t tell you why symptoms are happening - the GI 360 is often the tool that starts to fill that gap.”

- Flora Budenberg, Peach Founder

THE GI 360 CAN HELP CREATE CLARITY FOR:

IBS & persistent bloating

When you've been told you have IBS but no one has investigated why - or when your symptoms have been managed rather than resolved.

Hormonal symptoms

Gut bacteria plays a direct role in how oestrogen is metabolised and cleared. An imbalanced microbiome can contribute to oestrogen dominance and the symptoms that come with it.

Fatigue & brain fog

The gut produces a significant proportion of the body's serotonin and communicates constantly with the brain via the gut-brain axis. Bacterial imbalance can disrupt both.

Food sensitivities

A compromised gut lining and disrupted bacterial balance can both cause heightened immune responses to foods. The GI 360 helps us understand the underlying environment that's making those reactions more likely.

Skin conditions

Eczema, acne and rosacea are frequently linked to gut inflammation and dysbiosis and often don't fully respond to topical treatment until the underlying gut issues are addressed.

Inflammatory bowel conditions

For people living with ulcerative colitis or other inflammatory gut conditions, the GI 360 can uncover what might be sustaining inflammation and where there's room to support the gut alongside conventional treatment.

“I suffered with IBS for a decade.
Following my work with Peach, my gut is no longer a concern.
I also have more energy, lowered inflammation and am happier!”

- Katie, 38

Your top questions, answered

  • The GI 360, made by Doctor’s Data, is one of the most comprehensive stool tests available for assessing gut health. What sets it apart is that it combines three different testing methods: PCR/DNA analysis to identify pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and yeasts with high precision; traditional culture to grow and identify organisms that DNA testing alone might miss; and microscopy for visual identification of parasites and other markers.

A key advantage of the GI 360 is that the culture results include antimicrobial sensitivity testing. This means we can see exactly which treatments are most likely to be effective against any pathogens found in your gut. This takes the guesswork out and is particularly valuable for complex or persistent digestive issues.

  • IBS is one of the most common reasons people come to us. What’s important to understand is that IBS is a label for a pattern of symptoms - bloating, pain, diarrhoea, constipation - rather than a root-cause diagnosis. It describes what’s happening, but not why.
At Peach, we investigate the potential drivers behind your symptoms. This might include bacterial imbalances or dysbiosis, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), impaired digestive function, food sensitivities, or even stress-related changes in gut motility. Using advanced stool testing like the GI 360, we can identify what’s actually going on and create a personalised protocol to address it - rather than trying to manage symptoms blindly, without a full understanding of what’s really going on.

  • We don’t currently offer the GI-MAP test. The GI-MAP uses a single testing method (PCR/DNA analysis) to screen for pathogens and assess aspects of gut health.
The GI 360, which we use at Peach, goes further by combining DNA analysis with culture-based testing and microscopy. This multi-method approach means fewer things are missed, and - importantly - the culture results include sensitivity testing, which shows us exactly which antimicrobials are effective against any pathogens identified.

  • No, we use several different independent Laboratories in the UK, USA and in Europe for our functional testing, and will analyse the results and provide you with a detailed results report of the findings and their significance.
