Using advanced diagnostic testing, we build a detailed picture of what's actually going on, then create a personalised plan covering nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes tailored specifically to you.

We work with a wide range of health concerns including chronic and complex ones. Many of our clients come to us with hormonal conditions like PCOS, PMDD / PMS, as well as gut health issues such as IBS, bloating, and food sensitivities. We also support people experiencing hormonal skin problems, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and sleep issues - particularly when conventional approaches haven't provided answers. Our appointment prices start from £130 per session. In addition, your practitioner may recommend one or more tests, depending on your symptoms and goals. As a guideline, the DUTCH hormone test costs £245 and the GI 360 gut health test costs £340 - both include trade discounts we pass on to you. We also offer packages that bundle testing with practitioner sessions, which can reduce the overall cost and can be split into three monthly payments.

The first step is usually a free discovery call - a short conversation where we'll learn about your symptoms, answer any questions, and help you decide whether Peach is the right fit. If it is, we'll book your functional health assessment: a 75-minute deep dive into your health history, followed by personalised testing recommendations. From there, you'll receive a tailored plan and ongoing support through your dedicated practitioner and the Peach app.
