“This work is about recognising patterns, connecting symptoms, and knowing what will actually make a difference for each person.”
Flora Budenberg
Peach Founder & Nutritional Therapist
Flora founded Peach with the belief that good health should feel achievable, not overwhelming. Trained at the Institute for Functional Medicine with advanced practice in both gut health and hormones, she also holds certification in Walsh Nutrient Therapy for Brain Chemistry and is a qualified health coach. Flora is an mBANT-registered nutritional therapist who brings together evidence-based science and genuine curiosity about each client's story.
“The best plan is one that works in real life. I help women and families understand what their bodies are asking for, then translate that into practical steps they can actually sustain.”
Venetia Mitchell
Immune & Mental Health Specialist
Venetia is a registered Nutritional Therapist (MSc, NTPD, mBANT) who combines scientific rigour with a compassionate, personalised approach to care. With an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a degree in Physiological Sciences, she brings a deep understanding of human physiology to her clinical work. Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, Venetia believes that tailored nutrition and positive lifestyle changes can be powerful tools for improving health and wellbeing. She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and holds additional certifications in Walsh Nutrient Therapy for brain chemistry (WRI) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching.
“When we look beneath the surface of mood, stress, immunity and inflammation, we can often find patterns that help children and adults feel more steady, resilient and themselves again.”
Cynthia De Maria
Women's & Children's Health Specialist
Cynthia is a registered nutritional therapist (mBANT, dipCNM) with a big-picture view of women's health — one shaped as much by her own experience as a mother and postmenopausal woman as by her clinical training. She specialises in digestive health, mood, hormones, sleep, and metabolic wellbeing, and holds advanced certification in Walsh Nutrient Therapy for Brain Chemistry. Her gift is helping clients find a path to better health that actually fits their real, busy lives.
“Women are too often told that symptoms are just part of life or ageing. I help them understand what’s changing in their body and what they can do to feel better.”
Caroline Atkinson
Women's Health & Midlife Specialist
Caroline is a registered nutritional therapist (mBANT, dipION) passionate about supporting women in perimenopause, taking time to understand the drivers behind each woman's experience. She works across the full spectrum of female health concerns from hormone imbalance and hormone-related conditions to metabolic health and digestive function. Her approach is practical, empathetic and centred around what is realistic.

While nutrition is a core part of what we do, Peach goes well beyond dietary advice. Our practitioners use advanced functional testing to investigate the root causes of your symptoms across multiple body systems - gut, hormones, adrenals, thyroid, methylation, and more. A standard nutritionist appointment might focus on what you eat, whereas our approach looks at why your body is responding the way it is, and uses that data to build a precise, evidence-informed plan. You can explore the full scope of our testing on our testing page.

Absolutely. We encourage it. Functional medicine is complementary to conventional care, not a replacement for it. Many of our clients continue seeing their GP or specialist while working with us, and we will always share relevant findings and liaise with your medical team where helpful and appropriate. Our approach focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation - areas that sit alongside, and often enhance, any medical treatment you may be receiving.
-
It depends on the complexity of your symptoms and how long you’ve been experiencing them. Many clients notice improvements within the first four to eight weeks - better energy, clearer digestion, improved sleep. For more complex or long-standing conditions like PCOS, chronic gut issues, or hormonal imbalances that have been building for years, meaningful root-cause work typically takes two to six months. Your practitioner will set realistic expectations from the start and will adjust your plan based on how you’re responding.

We work with clients across the UK. All consultations are available online via video, and the majority of our functional tests are completed at home - kits are posted directly to you. If blood testing is required, we’ll connect you with a phlebotomist near your location. Our app also means you can stay in touch with your practitioner between appointments, wherever you are.
