  • A holistic assessment spanning physiology, environment, nutrient status, genes and lifestyle to identify the root cause of your symptoms

  • Access to a broad suite of hormone testing including urinary adrenal and sex hormone profiles and full thyroid hormone analysis

  • We provide research-driven nutrition, supplement and lifestyle strategies paired with ongoing 1:1 sessions to ensure you feel supported

  • Private referrals are made to trusted gynaecologists, holistic GPs or HRT prescribers within our network where required

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Our clinicians are focused on creating the best environment for your body to reap the benefits from HRT. We assess your hormone metabolites and how they interact with other key stress and blood sugar hormone systems. We can also offer alternatives to HRT if you decide it’s not the right path for you.

While we don’t prescribe HRT ourselves as nutritional therapists, we work alongside a network of holistic GPs and gynaecologists that we have collaborated for many years. To ensure we are offering you the most individualised and integrated care, we can refer you to a trusted specialist where needed.
